Sad to say nothing new on how they drive around OK City or any other place around here! Never see cops when you need one! Speed is #1 killer on our streets - along with NO turn signals - one brake light - NO brake lights - one head light - driving on emg tire see that a lot - bald tires - the list goes on - Look around you daily in your drives - NO tags - NO licence plats - our of date tags - windows missing - kids playing in the car not in seats belts or kids seats* - dogs in laps - sorry to say but today in - 2008 - Oklahoma drivers are getting worse........ For one it's sad but it's NO different then the 16 years of WAR some seem to for get - Vietnam that seemed to never end! More troops were lost then any other war todate! Back then most troops only did two tours of duty in Vietnam but with the shortage of troops is WHY some are seeing two to five tours of duty today! (May 26, 2008 | post #1)

I too saw death in the face and friends get blown away but true on VA and our paper work from Vietnam missing gone lost and some cases distroyed! All any of us can do is fight and keep trying and find others who saw and were with you and or around you at the time of service....... I wish you all well fellow Veterans........ Well I told them where to get over 9 million in money and its by TAGS from trailers! If they would tag trailers* we would have the money but NO one reading But they want to tax us more and raise the drivers lic fees on ALL... What if gas cost $10 a gallon?
I say WE USA will never see $2.00 a gal unl - UK yes pays more and has for years but UK taxes are three times what ours is and same with Canada tax GST and more is WHY there gas is so high....We have gas saving cars in the 70's OPEL was one but no longer here! We have cars that did over 35 mpg but they did away with them......Datson 510 37 mpg...... the list goes on what WE had...... Driving will be for the rich and well todo in 2009 and rail and bus servics need to get better real fast in the USA....... (May 22, 2008 | post #98)
