No one decerves to ne tortured, so peole are in jail for something thaey din't do and it's OK for them to put a rod up their penis. and don't get me statrted on the poop chute skan. It's wrong haw inmates and that also includes people with mental illness are pussed away and tortured by the stuff @ jails, Hospitals and Dr's clinics in jails and hospitals.
