Worldwide, If you haven't noticed, the war on drugs was lost many years ago. Just keep flushing more money down the drain on that one. I think I would rather have a wide-eyed, paranoid, trigger happy pot head watching my back, than a sleeping drunk. Given the choice, I'll cover my own six, thank you very much. vinceli, I am an American man. Forever immature. LOL But I think it is more about respect. SOME men in the RP have an attitude of dis-respect for a woman. It is kinda like they are still in the 50's regarding the comparison between men and women. "I am the king and master, and you are beneath me. Hyper sensitive yes, I agree, but the under-current of racism is still going strong. Prejudice or bigotry based on a persons race is as strong as ever, lying below the surface of what we accept as normal social behavior. Our country is working on it, probably better than most, but we still have a long way to go. Because I am in a mixed race marrige, I experience all of the, maybe not intended racial comments and questions, but the dumb sh*t people actually say and do based on their perceptions of a person of another race different from themselves. It's not just the black race I am commenting on. I was responding to a statement made by a person in the UK, who said that there was no racism towards Filipinos in his country. Yeah, right. looking, Go to the govenment portal to get all the info an applications you need. You do not have to pay for any of the applications or info directly from our government. The info is free to you. Do not pay or try any of the sites that charge for this info! Again I suggest you try OLvis Immigration and Travel in Cebu. Mike Tessatore or Jing-Jing will help you and your lady. I get nothing from them for this reference, all they did for me was provide good service that i could trust in the Philippines.
