I wanna through out that no one under any sercumstanses you are not even aloud to ride or operate a motor scote like a go cart, moped, dirt bike, etc. On any public streets. In the city or mountains only on your property your suppose to ride them. Go-carts are extremely dangerous to even ride on the property.
