Justice denied is tracking the approval of an asbestos abatement project that was voted on by legislators in January 2008. What about the companies who were awarded the contracts? We'll be posting on justice denied 13501 shortly. You can always tell the character of a man by what comes out of their mouth. Arcuri's latest ads, depicting his opponent Richard Hanna as a Bush supporter, has been determined by an independant media outlet to be nothing but lies. WKTV's David Dellecese has been evaluating political commercials and has concluded that Arcuri's commercial is untruthful. Not one point in the commercial is fact. So why does he keep spreading mistruths, even after he's been exposed? This is the character of the man behind the controversy. Here is Arcuri's ad: "Tired of eight years of George Bush? Richard Hanna isn't. Richard Hanna supports George Bush's failed policies down the line....Hanna supports Bush's tax breaks for oil companies and millionaires. Hanna supports continuing Bush's endless war in Iraq. Hanna supports Bush's unfair trade deals that sends our jobs overseas. Like Bush, Hanna supports a risky plan to privatize social security. Richard Hanna...wrong on George Bush....wrong for Upstate New York." Nothing could be further from the truth. Richard Hanna corrected the lies during his televised debate with Arcuri last week, but Arcuri keeps running those commercials. Isn't he embarrassed? Does he not think that the evaluation of that commercial has been seen by WKTV's viewers, and more? But does this surprise us? We should be used to Arcuri's lies and distortions. This is Arcuri's mode of conduct. He lied to us as District Attorney when he told us Joseph Smith was the murderer of Desiree Case. He lied to us when he said he knew nothing of James Kernan and Robert Anderson's campaign contributions, two men facing federal charges. He says he fights for us, yet has never been enlisted in our military. He's lied to us about his relationship with Kristian Stiles. He's lied to us in commercials. He's lied to us about not supporting George Bush, but voted for the FISA act. He's lied to us about being an independent, yet votes 98% of the time with Pelosi. He's lied to us about not raising taxes, but has done that. He has lied to us about wanting to be District Attorney and shortly after announced his candidacy for Congressman after his victory.......he's lied to us on so many occasions it is impossible to keep track. Arcuri's actions are a lie, too. He says he's Catholic but supports abortion. He took his vows of marriage in a Catholic Church yet divorced his wife. He's entangled in the web of sex scandals, strip clubs and infidelity, yet used his faith conveniently when passing out his literature for political gain and acceptance. He is not Catholic in the eyes of the church, he's an embarrassment. Arcuri lies in the face of God, why would he be truthful to anyone? Arcuri has no moral or ethical standards....he has lost his soul to the greed of corporate America and has disgraced the people that have voted for him. The legacy of a liar.....Congressm an Arcuri.
