Motorcycle Rider Killed on Carter Road
Reported by: Josh Breslow An Owensboro motorcyclist is dead, following a late night crash. It happened around 10:45pm Friday. According to Owensboro Police, Mark Moss, 41, was riding his motorcycle north on Carter Road, when a car turned in front of him. Officials say Moss was traveling at 45mph, and was unable to stop, causing the motorcycle to collide with the side of the car. Moss was taken to Owensboro Medical Health System, where he was pronounced dead. Moss was believed to be wearing a helmet.
