mitt still worthy of liar awards

Yup, we were fooled, ALL of us, Dems and Repubs alike. They did find some though. Not a lot, but some. But that didn't make the papers.....  (Dec 25, 2012 | post #10)

Just wait till the truth comes out about the Benghazi attacks. Your hero Obama just might get impeached! Of course, he'll continue lying, all the way to hell!  (Dec 25, 2012 | post #8)

If the child wasn't his, why didn't he just have a DNA test to prove it? Since he didn't, he's admitting he is guilty!  (Dec 13, 2012 | post #10)

mormon morals

You just wait - I'm gonna bet that Romney's prediction will be correct, sometime in the next five years. Union wages are driving jobs out of America.  (Dec 13, 2012 | post #2)

New Grocery Store behind Subway

If it is like Aldi's, I'll be shopping there. I sometimes shop in the one in Defiance, and you can save serious bucks there. I'm talking like milk for $1.79/gallon! Potato chips $1.49 for the big bag - other good savings!  (Dec 10, 2012 | post #4)

If the unemployment rate was calculated the same way as it was in the 1930's, it would show it at over 20%, and higher than any time of the great depression.  (Dec 8, 2012 | post #17)

Can You Sue Your Landlord

Every home has mold, at least a little bit. it is impossible to completely eliminate. It shouldn't become a problem unless an area is continuously wet, and wood remains damp. That makes the location easier to isolate and repair. Bleach spray will temporarily knock it down, but the real repair is to eliminate the dampness. Mice are a continuous problem in some homes, and an occasional problem in all the rest. Sanitation is the primary treatment, if they have nothing to eat they will not reproduce. Simple mousetraps can clear up most mouse populations, but if you leave food where they can get it, they will reproduce beyond what traps can catch. Same goes with roaches. It is your responsibility to keep your house clean, not your landlord's. Most every landlord I know will supply bait, traps, and spray for the occasional infestation, but you can't expect that to work if you leave food out for them. Pet food dishes are the biggest food source for roaches, along with that nasty area under your refrigerator. And those are tenants' responsibility. If your kid breaks a window, don't expect the landlord to jump and fetch that instant and do a free repair. Furnaces are the landlord's responsibility, along with structural and electrical issues, as long as the tenant doesn't abuse the building and equipment. But if you rent a house with obvious problems, and the landlord says he has no intention to fix it, you are stuck with it. I'm talking about things like a sagging roofline, missing bedroom doors, sloping or uneven floors, worn carpet, and other obvious imperfections. If such things offend you, then rent somewhere else.  (Dec 4, 2012 | post #28)

Did yall see the Defacto National Championship?

kennesaw, just last month (or maybe two months ago) OSU suspended the third string QB for saying that he came to OSU to play football, not go to class. In the Big 10, academics takes priority over athletics, ALWAYS! Most SEC players can't even read their own names, and have to have their lawyers show them what their rap sheet says. SEC is so crooked, they make Obama look honest!  (Dec 2, 2012 | post #7)

Back to the original subject - Yes, that was an awesome game! And, as good as they are, ND is probably gonna get stomped in January. But don't be calling the SEC championship the National Championship just yet. Bowl play is a whole lot different from season play. They don't have to "leave some on the field" for play the next week. As for the Big Ten, I'll agree that the SEC is much stronger and has been for a few years. But they'll come back. SEC is tough cuz they don't require their players to study, they are given a free pass. So, they aren't really college teams at all, just dumb jocks that play for a college. ND requires some serious classes by the athletes, and so does the Big 10. After all, Nebraska was almost rejected by the big ten due to their lackluster scholastics. I think they are still under some kind of watch, not sure. SEC doesn't measure scholastics at all, they just measure biceps.  (Dec 2, 2012 | post #5)

If acknowledging the truth makes me a racist, then I guess I am. FACT: man for man, blacks are eight times more likely to commit a serious crime than whites are.  (Nov 11, 2012 | post #47)
