I lived in spencer for 3 years, and the 3 years I lived here, "the cops are dirty/crooked, prostitutes that walk up and down main st. late at nights, to many drugs here and the cops dont do anything about it, because the mayor is the biggest marijuana dealer in town, and there is a few gangs, last year there was a few gang killings here at the local Go-Mart"..
