Good Morning SBM and Farfalla and Good Morning to everyone else that comes after me. There is one thing that I have learned from being on the road that holds true for every city regardless of the size or location. When the Rain or Snow for that matter starts dropping so does the IQ Levels. I guess to sum it up we could say there is always stupid people on the road but when the rain starts they have to prove who is the most stupid of them all.
