Young and old mark historic day
Technically you're right, but then over 90 percent of black people are actually bi-racial. Whatever we call Obama, it's a historical event. I'm an old, white, Mississippi boy who supported intergration and civil rights for blacks, and I never thought I'd live to see a person of color, whether called black or bi-racial, elected as president. I am happy for him, and more happy for America. (Jan 21, 2009 | post #6)
AmoryNet now offers e-mail accounts
I'm an AmoryNet user and can't argue with what you wrote. The wireless service is down too much and when it's up it's constantly disconnecting, the speed also varies from slower than 56K dialup to possibly half the speed the DSL I had before I switched to AmoryNet. The thing is though, is that it's free. Those who aren't willing to put up with the problems can always go back to what they were paying for and will have lost nothing. (Aug 17, 2008 | post #4)
