Red light cameras are full speed ahead
Then there was the guy in Morgan County who got a ticket for running a red light in Knoxville. Only problem was the vehicle pictured did not belong to him nor was he in Knoxville that day. He was forced to go to Knoxville wait in line for his turn and tell the judge he is not guilty and be given a court date when he would have to return to Knoxville and wait his turn again just to prove his innocence. The state is not required to prove his guilt they have a picture of a guy on a motor cycle and they say it is him and his bike. If cost him more to prove his innocence then the cost of the ticket. Red light cameras are full speed ahead
Not only that but the crime rate does not diminish because of the cameras either. The criminals just get smarter when they commit their crimes like covering you their license plates or their faces. (13 hrs ago | post #26)
Red light cameras are full speed ahead
It starts out with red light cameras and as soon as people accept them the government expands to spying on citizens in the name of public safety. (13 hrs ago | post #25)

Food City Announces Return of Kern's Snack Cakes & Pies
I like your user name my nick name in Nam was Widowmaker. I was living in Chattanooga when we nearly lost every dam on the Tennessee River. We have movies of the water spilling over the top of the Chickamauga dam in Chattanooga. I can still remember the shiners with the strange looking cars. We never had to lock our doors and our biggest danger was getting snake bit or stung be some bee. (Yesterday | post #33)

JFG was bought by Reiley Foods several years ago. I worked there for a while. We produced Louisiane Tea, JFG coffee, JFG mayonnaise, JFG Peanut Butter as well as Food Lion Tea and coffee. Yes Food lion coffee and tea is exactly the same as JFG coffee and Louisiane Tea or at least it was when I worked there the only difference was in the tea bags and the packaging. Food Lion paid Reiley foods who owned the patents to package their products under the Food Lion name. Wal-Mart does the same thing as well as does Kroger and most other food chains. Is that what you are talking about? (Yesterday | post #32)
Bigfoot Trackers Say They've Got a Body
Two men who claim to have stumbled across a Bigfoot corpse in the woods of northern Georgia indignantly stood by their story at a news conference in Palo Alto during which they offered an e-mail from a scientist as evidence and acknowledged they wouldn't mind making a few bucks from the "find" they have kept stuffed in a freezer for over a month. http://www.time.co m/time/nation/arti cle/0,8599,1833406 ,00.html Go Figure. Obama faces new criticism on abortion
The baby's rights supersedes the rights of the mother to choose to murder her child. It is an established FACT that life begins at the moment of conception in every living thing EXCEPT for humans. Only human life begins whenever a woman decided it does. Once the life of a human being starts inside the mother the mother looses any and all rights to terminate that human life. I put it to you this way human life begins at conception it is the mother's responsibility and a duty to that child to carry it full term. most women are on the pill now a days which means that even in a case of rape the chances of a woman becoming pregnant are slim to none. If a woman so chooses not to take the pill for whatever reason then she runs the risk of becoming pregnant. That is her choice. If she happens to become pregnant out of her own choosing them yes she forfeits any and all claims she might think she has to murdering her baby. It is a BABY not a choice. (Yesterday | post #4)

Who are the morons who voted for this
You mean besides the fact that they are unconstitutional and extremely deadly? They violate the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments. The government is not able to fabricate a crime so to have something with which to charge any citizen. These cameras are set up in the hopes of possibly catching one person breaking a law. A law which by the way is unconstitutional. Since the Constitution does not allow for laws to control traffic they are in fact unconstitutional. Hey people wake up. Back when the constitution was written they had traffic problems and congestion on the roads in every city and town in the 13 colonies. If the framers of this country wanted the government to be able to issue a driver's license, vehicle registration with tags and traffic laws they would have written them into the Constitution. They didn't because they didn't want the government unnecessarily sticking it nose into their business and their lives. It is very simple if it is not allowed by the Constitution the government is denied the ability to do it. The same as when the Constitution speaks out against something like unreasonable search and seizure. Our only protection against our own government is the Constitution. It tells the government it can go so far and no further. It placed boundaries and imposes limits upon the government. Boundaries and limits it must NEVER be allow to violate no matter how good or reasonable they may sound. Law enforcement is denied the ability to prevent crimes. We have the 2nd Amendment for our protection and to help us prevent crimes against us. We MUST NEVER allow the government to be our sole protector. If we do then who will protect us from our "PROTECTORS "? (Yesterday | post #10)
