"As soon as school officials identify a sex offender on campus grounds, they'll have the authority to either escort them off campus or contact law enforcement." So this law is really useless. Seriously, if you have a license with a number in the corner your not going to produce it for some school official. Your going to give them something else. A work picture id or something. Even if the school finds out they are offenders, whats the worse thats going to happen? They get escorted off campus or they say we are calling law enforcement? LOL  (Feb 8, 2008 | post #67)

Its not a public lot. Its a private lot owned by the restaurant. The restaurant being opened is the invitation to enter the lot. It doesn't matter if its private or public property, if he witnesses a crime he can act on it. GET A CLUE!  (Feb 5, 2008 | post #39)
