Congratulations on the business. I have plenty of training, Thank you. If you will check into what the cargo carriers and Southwest pay you will find that well run companies dont mind paying "what the market will bear". The labor market at the major airlines have been manipulated by greedy people with alot of help from government. I moved to another area of aviation and make more than any major airline mechanic. Actually the new prevailing attitude of Please Mr CEO don't kick me to the curb is whats killing the worker. Take a look around you. wages stagnate, or going down, 401k instead of pension. health insurance going up. the constant threat of outsourcing to keep the masses (sheep) in line. But hey at least you have a job, right. As for whose killing companies, let me just throw a few names out there.
