With the AG involved, your atty will most likely get very humble, very quick. Here in Montana, the Supreme court made it so that any actions against an atty are made public. The key to these "people" that are judging is to justthink of them as rabble rousers. Many dont even have a clue what Vioxx was, but they just want to rile some people up. I have been judged for things that were a cut and paste answer for people. (Straight from the Judge or BG) I consider the peanutz a badge of honor from the clown brigade. Just a note. My bank held my first check for about 10 days. Strangely, they didnt place any hold on the second check. (Credit Union) My atty is out west here in Colorado. MAYBE, my credit union figured the first check was legit, so the second is also? Dont want to raise hopes, but you MIGHT get a nice surprise.  (Sunday Nov 22 | post #4682)

I had one third of a cigarette after I got out of the hospital in 1999. Got so sick and dizzy I thought I was gonna die! (Worse than the heart attack!) Best cig in my life. Every time I want one, I just think back to that and the urge goes away, FAR FAR away! Just celebrated 10 years non smoking last month. I do agree with you, I am not one of those rabid antismokers, like some, but I think every one would be better off quitting. (Cept the tobbacco growers)  (Saturday Nov 14 | post #6665)
