I was raised up in Blackwell....... But don't live their any more ......No I did'nt know about the Smelter debris ..... I did know that water at one time was'nt good enough too drink ....... Well I'am very sorry too hear you Folks live in Blackwell around that Smelter Debris . I Look for Blackwell one day Soon too become A ghost Town .....
