What I am looking for is information on what areas to look in to, and what areas to avoid and the reasons. Don't want to get stuck in a house in an area that turns out to be bad. Most areas look harmless when we tour a home....but that doesn't mean anything.  (Saturday Nov 14 | post #10)

What I thought was rather amazing was, I had read that the banks were balking at the thought of forgiving any of Chryslers debt. Wait a minute, weren't they just bailed out with government funds? Then the government should demand as part of that deal they forgive some of the automakers debt if not all....
