Sorry CPD doesnt get paid enough to get in the middle and then when they do "my poor boy didnt deserve to get shot by CPD" & thena a lawsuit is filed. Therefore to alleviate that problem, they couldnt find parking and let one of the hoods kill them instead. Boycotting Kids Go Back To School
This is addressed to the people in support of what Meeks is doing...... I read in the Sun-Times yesterday the breakdown by district of how much money everyone gets. Now answer me this. Nestled within $500,000+ homes in Frankfort is a little school (using sarcasm of course)called Lincoln-Way, District 210. By the numbers aspect, and your main standing point on equality of funding, this district (where my son and I reside) receives LESS than CPS schools. Now answer me this, if it is all about funding WHY JUST WHY is this school district one of the BEST in the state? Why did they have two campuses, a third just opened a couple of weeks ago, and a fourth one is being built. So to answer your complaining and protesting IT ISNT ABOUT FUNDING ITS ABOUT PARENTING because if that was the case our schools would be failing but they are not The parents in our district have 100% partiipation unlike CPS. So Meeks go cry me a river with all of your games because it is an excuse, look at the numbers. If more funding comes to, then our distirct should be the first to receive it but you dont see us with our tshirts and protesting and we are one of the best academically in the state (Sep 4, 2008 | post #6)
