I saw a guy's review of the U.K's Freedom/Info/Act. The emails are in, way, no question at all; it looks like it was written years in advance knowing this very situation would arise. The law's broad and overlapping; language designed to preclude attempts to prosecute those acting in remotest of good faith, even general public interest in that it's the people's business to know what they're financing. Hence U.K. law enforcement's silence. You've got it all: fraud, collusion, conspiracy enough, with the many instances of discussion, on maintaining control of dialog so as to rebuff inquiry. Mike Mann has learned about what radiation is, now though. So has Gavin Schmidt. And Phil Jones definitely knows what emitting is now, as opposed to not; And Hansen's getting to watch.
