NO - the trial is over but many of us will NOT forget the injustice that was took place with that verdict - so if you don't like the roderick scott comments which will go on for a very long time, then go read posts somewhere else where they don't know of scott. Snowball fight - someone gets hit upside the head and causes serious injury, then they may have felt in fear of their life and anyone has a right to protect themselves if they are in fear of their life - right ????? isn't that the argument you supported in favor for roderick scott ??? Cervini wasn't killed for criminal activity - it was all of you who stated he was killed for charging at scott and he was in fear of his life. According to scott supporters only of course. Perfect post. I 2nd this one. On behalf of our family to the Cervini family, we are also saddened by your loss. No kid is perfect, we just have to try to get them on the right path. But i feel for any family that has to feel this pain of losing a child. No matter what circumstances. as for scott - you move into my neighborhood and think you can go out with your gun aiming at kids over stupid sh *t like opening up cars ??? LOL LOL LOL - think again my man, because i guarantee my training is much better than yours and i'll stop you in your tracks. Move to Texas scott, they would welcome you - LOL. Your lucky it wasn't a family that has the capabilities to put you 6 ft under for your actions against a kid. I wish it was and i would look the other way !! I would see and know NOTHING !!! YES - i saw that ! - now thats TRASH !!! trash comes in all colors - doesn't matter who. That was wrong. I will say this, if this did happen in the city to a really bad kid who was in a gang - Ha ha haha, scott would be going home to a house shot up with bullets with his name on each one. There you go.....just like i posted prior so death to a child for going into someone's car - thats what this post is implying. Nothing about how alleged charging happened. This was NOT a crime to receive death over people. Breaking into a home with the homeowner home and not able to retreat is a total different scenario and then it may be justified. But not this time.
