A way to make our City a little more pleasing to the eye could be accomplished by more people volunteering to inspect assigned areas through out the City. Something like block Captains. Reports could be sent to the city for action. This would help the code enforcement people that could put a little more bite in the action. Everyone has forgot or wants to forget about this area because it's an older area of the city. We sure hear about the other schools getting side walks because the children cant walk on the dirt because it is a hazard.
