Oh I mean. There is no fact support weather it was discipline or abuse. We wonder whats wrong with kids today. Yet we also let them sit in their room and think about what they did to get sent there(really they just go and figure out how not to get caught). So call it abuse or not. Your looking at it as an abuse situation. Now as a person who grew up in a error where that was consider discipline insteade of "ABUSE". I say there isn't nothing support abuse. That the problem with todays kids. Oh if you say there are alternatives. Then think of columnbine. I sure the altenative methods of discipline worked pretty well. No it could be abuse. He could have just walked in and started to beat the kid for no reason. There is nothing stating otherwise. So go figure. (23 hrs ago | post #4)

In truth women are just a lost as men. In alot a cases the women is getting all she wants and needs. Yet she just wants more. Alot of women don't tell there man what they want and get frustrated and cheat without their man truly understand what she wants or needs. We can all stick up for why people do the things they do yet the point here is that military spouses are getting a bad name because some don't marry for the right reason. So you end up with alot cheating wives. Some wives cheat because they want more time with there husband and the army is eating all of it up. Some wives cheat simply because there husbands ain't there with them. The same goes for men as well. We are no different. Which makes the other military spouses who are being faithful look bad. In all honesty there is no real reason on why people cheat. They just do. (Monday Oct 13 | post #210)

You know it could be one many things. She was on the phone. He was on the phone. She was trying to beat him accross the street. He was speeding. To many variables to make a suggestion on anything. Here in killeen people don't care when they are on the road. They cut people off. They jump accross the road with barely enough time not to get hit. On cell phons and/or texting. I actually own two pitbulls one lab/pit mix and a few ankle biters. I love my dogs very much like you love your doberman. I actually find dobermans to be more of the thinking guardian then the just a guardian. Yet you made a statement that if a pitbull attack your doby. You would hate all pitbulls. My question was what if a doberman attacks your doberman? Would you feel the same way and hate all dobermans? There is truly no need for hostile wordes or threats. I love all dogs the same and only see fault were fault is due. Alot of times we have put fualt on the dog. When the breeders and owners are at fault. To me you can't fault all dogs for the action of a few. Otherwise BSL would take all the dogs. I am sorry if i touched a nerve. I didn't think you would take to heart more than thinking about it. I can tell you the truth though. If BSL takes away the pitbulls your doberman is next on the list. Again I apologize for any misunderstanding. (Saturday Oct 11 | post #61)
karanilli I say be careful you might want to bring ben to meet this dog at the place your getting him. In some situations when your getting a dog thats already over a year old. The other dog might not like him. You love your dog alot and wanting to get him a buddy is perfectly fine. So be sure that before you bring this dog home they truly like each other. Its good that your APBT is socialized with other dogs. Yet you still want to be sure. I own 2.5 pitbulls(ones a lab mix). I don't want to worry you. If the dog is truly friendly your dog will pick up on right away. Yet I am glad to see you giving a APBT a home. In these days its getting harder for them. (Saturday Oct 11 | post #109)

You know i am not against that idea but you have to be careful. Maybe a friendly walk arround the park just to get a feel for who has control over their APBT or AST. Another thing would be to help people learn new things about their breed as well as getting tips about their dog. Thats just a suggestion but i am cool with it. Just not every saturday. As a standard poodle she is somewhat of a herding dog. So what you should do is get her used to not being with you when you ride. Then train her to walk with you ride a bike. When she is confident in the distance need to be effective on riding the bike and walking her. Then she will be okay when you ride your horse. Yet for the most part she will keep a safe distance from your horse. Now if she obsessed about your horse then you will have train her to avoid your horse. By this you will have to walk your horse and her as a pack. A few minutes each day for a month or so will work fine. ONce she adds the horse to your pack she will run beside not at it. The thing is that if Cesar shows everybody how to control their dog. Some trainers will loose their jobs. So if you can disprove enough of his methods to discredit him then they are safe. The same reason why that can't be world peace. (Saturday Oct 4 | post #458)
