Sounds like your life is really in a turmoil right now, but that your heart and mind is in the right place, ya know, even strangers care!!! Please get help with your addiction IF you feel you are ready, for you...not for anybody else. My heart goes out to you, your added situation, the added drama and of course - the innocent child that got involved, because he had no choice!!! I'm an outsider looking in and ONLY know what I've read here, do not know the players here, do not know ANY facts, nor do I really want to know - as it's none of my business. I have enough going around in my own world. I hit this forum only because I know some Buchanan's so was curious. With that said... All sounds like a very sad situation all around. my empathy goes out to all the human error here in all directions, however on here sounds like a hell of a lot of bitterness, unknown factual blame and alot of denial. This is called "DRAMA" something we have everywhere. Too many put their 2 cents in without knowing facts and go with the gossip, hurt feelings and tons of drama. I'm still wondering why this forum was even started? What "WAS" the purpose? Is all these posts the real reason? If so, you...the one who started this, got your results just fine... As I said I would do, This is a copy of my Restitution Proposal submitted to *&^%$ *&^%$#@! to end this. RESTITION PROPOSAL September 19, 2009 RE: Restitution of Trespassing Allegations, Slander, Liable, Defamation of Character, Threats, Damages, Additional False Accusations, Harassment, Lost Revenue to Wisconsin Equine Rescue & Youth Ranch, Gina Benson, Corey ______. This includes using innocent business names of parties not involved re: ____ _____, Kickin’ Country Ranch, Kickin Country Trail Rides and the former Appa-Lolly Ranch. Dear (names being withheld here) It is understood that despite complications of how and why’s Gemini was thought to be owned by *&^%$ *&^%$#@! prior to his bill of sale, and why Gina Benson knew she was still owner under the circumstances she was not aware of, where possibly this horse was “given away by other parties not authorized to give her property away”, Gina Benson, who is the rightful owner, is presenting this decision on a business level, not a personal decision, and giving up right’s to her horse, only to end the drama, threats, slandering, bashing, harassment, personal insults and defamation of character caused by *&^%$ *&^%$#@!'s “friends” already mentioned above. Also under the circumstances and not knowing the details, I myself do apologize to *&^%$ *&^%$#@! for “assuming” he then stole my horse off the property, IF indeed someone told you to take her. I am unaware of this and was told otherwise. This is a Public Restitution Proposal requesting the below provisions: 1.) A public restitution on the internet, in all forums and posts (not only on Topix) and emails used, restoring my business name and my personal name. Admittance that names were fictitious names to target Gina Benson and Wisconsin Equine Rescue and Youth Ranch and including Appa-Lolly Ranch coming from one household. A personal apology from ________________ is warranted to Gina Benson, and Corey Robbin either thru internet, email, or written. This includes all accusations that are not true, or that they know not to be true, as well as a satisfactory public apology that will be submitted to the local newspaper, Sawyer County Record, & must be made, being so many locals have been included by same. 2.) All slander, false accusations, bashing, defamation of character, personal insults, and harassment of Wisconsin Equine Rescue and Youth Ranch and including Kickin’ Country Ranch, Kickin’ Country Trail Rides, Gina Benson, Corey Robbin and ____ _____, en tal will cease & desist following the public restitution. 3.) A bill of sale to *&^%$ *&^%$#@! only, with Gina Benson having first rights to ownership, should you no longer be able to keep said horse. If you are at times unable to keep “Gemini” ie: move, financially, illness, etc. she will be housed in the care of Gina Benson, not in the ________ care, and when*&^%$ *&^%$#@! is ready and requests said horse within reasonable time (as in 1 year or 2 mo.) as agreed upon, horse will come back to now rightful owner, with bill of sale, *&^%$ *&^%$#@! only. This will be the end of bad relations and we will all go our own way with no residual complications. In the event that continual complications persist with above not followed after Gemini is relinquished to *&^%$ *&^%$#@!, this signed restitution proposal and bill of sale to *&^%$ *&^%$#@! will be null and void and said horse, Gemini will be returned to then rightful owner, Gina Benson. In the event that this is turned over to an attorney, the parties below will be responsible for all attorney’s fees, costs, and all other related expenses for which minimum charge of $275.00 will be accessed. "Scott of Hayward" "quote" I do find it interesting that someone immediately suspected my family for some perceived transgressions. unquote... Scott should have read the posts first before writing this... their was no immediate suspecting anything, it's all there in black & white, using ficticious names but all wide open to who's who in their posts! Was impossible to even "think" someone else could have written these...and totally admitted in their final posts... "quote" As i recall my daughter had her wedding reception at the Ranch. "unquote " Yes, she sure did, & ALL @ NO CHARGE, others have been charged a fee. We closed down the ranch for the wonderful occassion during prime time trail rides as well, and dedicated much time financially as well on wedding decor, preperations and supplied the horses again, graciously at N/C. "quote" We paid years of boarding to the Ranch without ever being late. "unquote " NOT! Althought you were one of the best paying boarders, we had check problems at one point, and arrangements were made a few times when times were tough for you guys. "quote" How many times were we called the 'best boarders'? "Your wife" was told on several occassions how much appreciated I was on your "being one of the best boarders... "quote" Better yet, how many times did I personally loan money because a pot to piss in could not be found. "unquote " Just as many times as I personally loaned "YOU'S money because as "friends " you needed help as well...and in a pinch. In fact, you always got your's back, I was still owed $267.00 in the end that I'm sure I'll never see! and many times there was no payment, we bartered several times in exchange for help on the ranch. "quote" The reason for our separation from the Ranch was the assumption that, unlike the past, someone would work 7 days,60+hours a week without enumeration and work just for the joy of being at the Ranch. unquote" hmmm, this one I had to smile and even chuckle on... If that's what she always told you???? oh well!!! We attempted to tell you as well but hey it's your marraige not mine, so I just dropped it! Bottom line: the reason for our seperation was because as is admitted in one of your wife's final post's she was "kicked off" and was told to remove HER 2 boarded horses as "ALL" was done with the drama and lies being caused at the ranch, with the ranch and to the ranch... "quote" But, all this is history and means nothing as it relates to the situation at hand, only relates to someone jumping the gun in name calling and slinging mud. "unquote " Then why even have brought it up??? Again more drama and mud slinging!!! "quote" Maybe this was caused by misdirected anger, an overabundance of time on someone's hands, a declining mental capacity,or simply a combination of all. "unquote " I certainly agree with that one.. certainly did not describe me... "quote" I can say I personally wish everyone the best in their endeavors. No matter what name it's gone by in the past, this year or next,I wish the Ranch receive the same great successes that were achieved on Hwy 77,then 63, and present location to date. "unquote " very funny Scott, I get your drift here... & is this why you told K*&^% today to inform me on the threat of not having any customers by next spring??? & Why you wrote on the attempted Restitution Proposal "quote" Bite my ass...
