Your right about the City Council, they stick their head in the ground when it comes to Gangs and what to do about them. Believe me Phil has done the same thing, when my Nephew was Murder, Phil was their and did nothing. The City doesn't not support any type of Youth Programs such as DYAC, nor Jr All-AAmerican Football. The City charges these program for use of the field if they don't have 51% of the kids from Duarte, all of the money these programs get are from fees and fundraisers. Phil was the worst one when it came to help these programs, Phil is the reason why DYAC no long has a Firework Booth in front of Carls! If fact Phil pushs for his own Firework Booth in the Wal-Mart parking lot! (Wednesday | post #23)
