Salma Hayek chosen as hottest celebrity

She may be pregnant and 40, but superstar Salma Hayek can still claim the title of the sexiest celebrity in the world after a poll conducted by E-Poll Market Research, which ranked 3,000 celebrities. According to the polling firm that provides appeal rankings for celebrities, 65 percent of the entire U.S. population would describe Salma Hayek as sexy. Proving that celebrities are still sexy while they're aging, the average age of the 15 hottest celebrities in Hollywood is 36, a far cry from the youth-obsessed Hollywood of recent years. Salma Hayek beat out Beyonce Knowles, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Pamela Anderson, Halle Berry, and Elizabeth Hurley, among many others. Salma Hayek wasn't the only 40-something near the top of the list, as the Associated Press noted that Halle Berry and Pamela Anderson are both the same age and Elizabeth Hurley is 42. Only three celebrities in their 20s made the top fifteen. The two youngest are Beyonce Knowles and Jessica Biel at 25 and Jessica Alba (who is 26) was the only other twentysomething on the hot celebrity list.
