All that is true but to leave one CNA to 36 residents is all bullshit I know I can do the job but come on nurses help teamwork and as far as the cell phones go everyone and there mother uses the cell phone at retama in Alice and as far as call lights go answer the call light do some work the time it takes to go find a CNA to do the job the nurse could done it way before you find that CNA that is also doing showers (Apr 20, 2012 | post #39)
