New plea for affordable housing at former Kings Park site

I don't see Kings Park as being elitist. It's a nice town, and as someone else mentioned, if you made apts out of it for the elderly, or young, it wouldnt be a problem. But making it "affordable housing" and bring in undesirable people it would only bring the town down. People have built a nice community, and shouldn't be thought less of for wanting to keep it that way.  (Saturday Nov 21 | post #15)
