JM: I wonder who bailed him out this one. Pitiful state of affairs. So young to go down alone. I wonder who the other "2" share holders were? I know of one.....  (Jan 14, 2009 | post #8)

You are an ignorant gloating soul, are'nt you? Shall we guess what the outrage is going to be or should be plan an "oyster" roast? You have no logic, no common sense, name dropping, and my stance has been clear and present from day one.  (Jan 9, 2009 | post #17)

I hope Parker does something very very wrong again. Minutes from the court reporter can find out IF he is changing his language. But, then again, his entire language can be had by the Press to print publically. TD jump on that one, lets see if Parker is going to sell out someone. & Parker getting grants to buy "personal properties".. .....another issue of interest. Jump on that one TD, you are one of the best, along with Matt. Tell it to us straight up, that is how most people like it.  (Jan 9, 2009 | post #9)

Even IF Mr. Emmert were to be co- counsel, the ACLU will adjust some attitudes that " were not cognate" to the petitions, the People, the abuse the BOS have brought to Virginia. To petition is a historical right, a primary right. The Fundamental rights that have been abused, can NOT be denied here.  (Jan 9, 2009 | post #5)

Fight has just begun for Gloucester citizens

A most ignorant post. This shall continue on until the point is driven home or nailed to the court house doors. Due process? Was Troy /Parker cognate to the People and the "petitions "-NO. I want them sanctioned, and I want the current BOS GONE. That countuy is NOT going to be progressive with the current idiotos on board. TA picking Woodard....now, that is a JOKE and mistake, when Therbage has MORE experience. If you don't see the painting on the wall, go plow. Or go preach it somewhere.  (Jan 9, 2009 | post #22)

The fight is going to adjust some attitudes regarding the People. Thank you TD for your great " eyesight " on these issues. G-Man- what part of the laws are you stuck on? Is it Troy ruled the court? Parker was a lapdog? Here is a very short scenario for you: " At a MINIMUM, the government MUST have a mechanism for receiving complaints and grivences from the People. Even if only to file them with stern consideration of due process. Due Process guarantees that justice will be administered FAIRLY-would apply if the citizen's petitions took the FORM of a court case". G-Man- move on, and know the laws and take in a deep breath, the legals, scholars are speaking UP and OUT now, due to the rail roading of the people. TA etal, got in over their heads. They should have walked. Adding Preachman as opposed to Therbage is a very blatent public announcement: TA wants her team to roll on, the trouble that awaits will cool some of the BOS jets. Big Time. The Errors and Ommissions SHOULD be in place for the BOS, and every BOS in the State of NC/VA/PA/KY That is the promise through paid premiums, allows the errors or ommissions to be paid out. BUT: TA gave her stamp of approval to troy to be as vindicitve as possible to get even, as the leakers had foretold. Knowledge is a wonderful thing, a little knowledge is dangerous in this case. Vindicitve TA. NO way are any of the BOS going to be "free from this burden"....th ey created, and acted foolishly in thinking the People were imtimidated by Troy. Not when there are BETTER lawyers, better scholars and MANY others are waiting in the wings to see just how strong the ACLU is going to be with a broken down First, which is illegal to begin with. You can not break the First down, w/o affecting the remaining social freedoms the First hold. Courts should be cognate to those fundamental rights, that are still in EFFECT.  (Jan 9, 2009 | post #20)

Gloucester board told to work together

Board of Dentistry...... Look what if , the People and other have all the necessary info on the FOIA and the Council. " you are making a white noise"...with your repeated postings on the sameo sameo..... Try breaking it down, if you could. Board of Dentistry? Funny. Try to grab a seat for the Emerg.Mtg. for the FOIA......you can't. I will let you know though, about the DSP though.  (Jan 9, 2009 | post #258)
