C&S is only interested in ex Ahold and present Ahold companies,Co -president Marc Smith is tryng his hardest to screw up Ahold.He has been in bed with C$S since he was with Stop and Shop. While they (Ahold) might very well acquire someone the consensus is that this move also make them a better target for a sell off of one divison,which is what Ahold Europe has wanted to do for years.
