lol Yeah we def need to get together and take a class and have lunch. I'm on a little 2 week summer vacation at home in Palm Beach. I thought I was going to be able to rest a little but my Dad is waking me up to work out with him at 5:30AM!!!!! Anyways I am glad that you are doing good!! (May 1, 2008 | post #16)
Well this week has been really hard for me because its the final week of the semester so I'm stressed with final exams and projects. But to day I had a work out with my trainer, Lisa, and it went GREAT! I feel so much better it really helped me get rid of stress and just honestly put me in a better mood. I have more energy right now at 9:00pm then I've had this whole week. I haven't weighed myself in a week and I think I am going to wait for another week before I weight myself again. Hey this week has been a little rough for me. It's in the last month of classes and that means I have papers and projects everyday. So I never really wrote out my meals or planned anything. Since I didnt do this I would forget to eat my lunch or not realize that I haven't had something in my stomach for 6 hours and then I would go and work out on an empty stomach. Well my body wasn't having it and I passed out on Wednesday, I felt much better after I got food and water. Then on Thursday I started to work out with my trainer Lisa and I got a little dizzy so she sat me down and gave me some food, and we decided that I would not work out that day or Friday. I was very disapointed in myself because I want to work out but my body just wasn't getting the food and energy that it needed to keep going. Today I feel so much better I planned my meals for the rest of the week and I just took a day to rest and I really needed it. I can't wait to work out tomorrow because I feel so good and well rested. From thia experience I've learned that planning your meals is a key esp if you have a busy day and aren't sure when you are going to eat. So make sure you have that snack always wih you just in case and plan and pack your meals ahead of time. (Apr 4, 2008 | post #7)

OH MY GOD, I can't believe that you have lost 16 pounds!!! That is awesome, we all need to get together one day and work out. I agree with what you said its not about winning anymore. Hey Christina, it was nice seeing you the other day, even though we had to work out on TV lol. I am so happy that you have lost 5 1/2 pounds, we def need to get together because I want to do Latin Fusion with you they dont offer that class at my Shapes Gym. Hey everybody. So far I have been participating in the Get Fit Challenge for 11 days and I have already lost 9 pounds!!! I was so happy when I weighed myself with Lisa(my trainer)my cheeks were hurting so bad because I was smiling so much. I have been working out about 5 to 6 days a week, I've walked on the treadmil and been taking cool classes at Shapes(you should def get a membership there because the classes are so much fun and you really get a work out and not even realize that you are and the trainers are awesome). I also have been working out with my Trainer Lisa Church and she has helped me more than she even realizes it. If you need a trainer def. use her!!!! Its only been a week and a half and when I walked into class today my teacher said wow Allison it looks like you are losing weight and you are walking with more of a confidence.
