I knew someone would chime in with the "he was only ducking and hiding" crap. We don't know how big this guy was, and we don't know what happened when he was finally approached by police. Have you ever tried to just grab and cuff someone that didn't want to? It isn't that easy. Nearly everyone can keep their hands from getting placed behind their backs and cuffed by only one person.
