Looks like the employers need to start doing their job then and sending them back to their country. I'm really tired of any and all illegals getting those benefits that are supposed to be rights of the American citizens. What would you like to give them next? I'm a quilter myself. I've made quilts for people who have had a fire in their home, women with breast cancer and pancreatic cancer, and for raffles for those with brain cancer, and sent one to a soldier returning from the Iraqi war who had seizures from being shot in the head. This 'gift' that has been given to all quilters is just that - a gift. Most of us make quilts to give to those who are in need of compassion at the time. We NEVER get what it costs us to make them. But when we give to those in need, we are rewarded in ways that people like Jerry can only dream about. Hopefully Jerry, someday before you die you will do something to leave a legacy of yourself. So not only did he get the money, a slap on the wrist, 5 years of checking with a probie that may or may not have the time to check up on him, and now we get to support him for the 45 days he's in jail. So you have a 'young adult'. 17 when he commits the acts listed, 18 when he is sentenced. Most murder cases take longer than one year to come to court and be tried. He commited by his admission to murder, rape, etc. Baby my **** . When do you stop feeling sorry for someone commiting crimes? He wasn't a "baby" when he raped her, nor was he a "baby" when he killed her. There does NOT need to be another law made to bring him before the parole board after 10 years of his sentence. There are people in prison who did less that he did who won't come before the board for more years than him. Oh well, should have thought first about the consequences.  (Thursday Nov 19 | post #31)

I'd like to know the same thing CPD. What exactly do you mean "they recovered most, if not all"? Do you even know how much was missing in the first place???? Someone's job should be on the line. Like someone else said '3 guys broke into a unit and stole C-4 explosives, bullet proof vests and gernades'? Wouldn't someone, somebody, anybody see 3 thugs break into somewhere and steal explosives? Got to agree with you. I couldn't find any mention of the disease. I have no idea what the little girl has, how she got it (I read the part about the 18th chromosome), if it's heredity, and so on....A follow up after the benefit would be nice with more info on whatever the little darling has. Ok, so we got a kid getting a hair cut. Can't they find more important things to complain about and give suspensions for like having pants down to their knees? I'd rather see an interesting hair cut than someone's butt crack or underwear anyday. I say stand your ground. Don't give up your rights to be an individual.
