Gotta Lovie This | Chicago Bears Finish Pre-Season With 26-23 W...
I am just glad there are no more discussion about Rex Grossman! (Sep 10, 2009 | post #5)

I would like President Obama or anyone for that matter help me to see how Islam has shaped the world and the U.S. for the better. I would like someone....anyone to name one Benevolent Muslim organization that is on the ground somewhere in the world doing good, for no other reason than Love for instance, helping earthquake, flood, tsunami victims, getting clean water and food in places where it is unavailable, providing free healthcare and education to those who can't afford or access it. Etc... (Apr 8, 2009 | post #92)
Bears bring QB Brett Basanez back home
Exactly he is just a body for the training camp that is moved up to March 17 (Feb 9, 2009 | post #126)
Bears' Israel Idonije hopes for new contract
Idonije is one of the few players that do have value for the Bears he Over Played his contract and is versatile inside and outside the D-line he is a guy you keep on your roster. He had 3.5 sacks only rotating and filling in on the line, he batted more than his fair share of passes and had 23 tackles this year. On the other hand you had Tommie Harris with 5 sacks and 37 tackles as a starter. (Jan 27, 2009 | post #92)
Kyle Orton's injury a cruel blow
Wow, apparently Lovie agreed with me at the end of the season, what would the rest of 2008 after the date of this post (November 18) been like if he would have took over then? (Jan 14, 2009 | post #106)
Agreed done, I don't get it either, but we all know that Bob is Lovie's BFF. Let's just be happy Lovie didin't say BOB BABICH IS OUR DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR all offseason. (Jan 14, 2009 | post #2)
Bingo Creighton, Lovie and the Bears blew it on that one! (Jan 6, 2009 | post #16)
Kyle Orton's injury a cruel blow
Wow, I must say one of the most lucid, original and thought provoking posts I have seen on here in quite some time! I have to say I cannot take exception to one point that you made, except to add one, the one major change in this whole mix is Rivera to Babich, I think there has to be some culpability from either Him or Lovie, we have padded this defense with talent over the last 3 to 4 years and this is the product they put on the field, the only thing has changed since 2006 is Babich. Re-evaluating the Bears' defense
The lions have no defensive personnel, and even more cluless coaches than the Bears thats why that isn't working. (Nov 17, 2008 | post #81)
Re-evaluating the Bears' defense
I meant Tampa, and duplicate it! lol (Nov 17, 2008 | post #50)
Re-evaluating the Bears' defense
Agreed, It is time to end the debate, It is all on Babich and Lovie...why? It doesn't seem to matter what defensive personnel are in, they are equally as bad. That tells me one thing, it is there scheme. It is time for the Bears to take a look at How tamp is running their scheme and try to dupolicate it, everyone who is put into this scheme is lost, they don't know what to do, they miss tackles, because they are so far out of position most of the time that they are coming full speed to the ball. It is time to ditch Babich's version of the cover 2, or I have now named it the Donut Defense, because there is no one in the middle. (Nov 17, 2008 | post #49)
Orton likely will start vs. Packers
No you're right it was just a bad throw, no separation from the receiver from Booker on Finnegan, and couldn't even see over the line just tossed it up. (Nov 15, 2008 | post #16)
Blaming Rex Grossman for Bears' loss misses point
I give up it is ok if you want to stick your fingers in your ears and hum when the stats are presented, Orton's career numbers are better also have you checked them? But the fact is Orton is progressing you refuse to understand that. Grossman is a mental midget he doesn't get the game, instead of getting better he is getting worse, the last 16 games Orton has played against the last 16 games Rex has played is the fairest way to judge which quarterback is better at this point in his career. Even if you factor in the 6 ridiculous games he had in what year was that again 2006? how many games ago was that again 36 games and almost 2 full years? He still comes up short comparing careers. Blaming Rex Grossman for Bears' loss misses point
Apparently a lot of us need to keep repeating it, and trying to help others to see the light. We shan't weary of fighting this good fight. (Nov 14, 2008 | post #143)
