Everone here wants to blame one person, yes he killed his kids but why?? what did the mother do to him to make him so mad at her did she cheat on him with someone else or was she trying to turn the kids against him and he just wasn't going to have it or was she trying to take him to court for full custody?? He is not the only one here to blame!! Yes the system suck where was the childeren and family services if he was a violent man at home why didn't they have them childeren but with a nother family member instead of there mother.. What did the judge not see.. Did he have a domestic viloence recourd on him and if he did he would never have been let alone to see them.. I have been in a simular case not with my second child but with my first my ex was an abuser and he hurt me bad enouf to where I lost a baby by him, but my second child by my ex I lost him by my second husband who is an abuser and he is not able to get around me or my son and my son is in pertective custody so he is safe from harm !! why didn't the judge put those kids into pertective custody for the childeren sake now I am worried!!  (Oct 21, 2009 | post #35)
