Someone was misinformed. Power went out around 3:45AM and was not restored in parts of Hartford untill 1:15PM, thats almost 10 hours not several hours. (Saturday Sep 6 | post #4)
Activists Rally After Fatal Double Shooting
It's funny how when something happens everybody comes out and marches and says things need to be done to stop this, well what about when nothing is going on? I guess it only matters when it happens. These people who were marching, where were they a month ago when there was no double fatal shooting? Looks like you don't get it either, I have a right to my opinion. Don't wear a helmet if you'd like and don't worry about the people who want a helmet law. You act as if your opinion is the only one that matters. A helmet has saved my life twice so your damn right I'm gonna wear one. I could really care less if you wear a helemt or not. It isn't going to be my head that'll be cracked open on the road. And, don't think that I have never ridden my bike without a helmet, If I have a passanger on my bike and I only have my helmet then my passanger gets the helmet, period. To me he was a drug addict so I wouldn't want to know him since I do not associate myself with drug addicts. Yes I have my problems but I know that they are not going to get me killed. Yep" has to be a puritan. Everybody thinks down on these places but infact if you get the rigt one in the area it can be a really nice experience. I've been to some that were just crappy, but I have been to some where thier customer serive made convience stores and corner stores, and even car dealers look like idiots. You don't judge a book by its cover and people seem to very quick to jump to a judgement and generalize adult stores. People just need to relax Sex is part of human nature and untill they outlaw sex, adult stores are not going to go away, infact the internet has made them a even better success then just there stores did. Kittens Credited With Saving Lives In Fire
What is it with people and "God" do everything. I guess if God woke the kittens up then God started the fire as well right? God didn't wake your cats up, they got up because cats are nappers and extremly light sleepers, they either heard something or smelled something and knew something was wrong. Animals are not stupid, they are extremly smart in thier own right. I have 4 cats myslef and they know when something is wrong, God didn't just tell my cats something is wrong go to your family. And where does it say he wasn't a drug addict? You can not prove my statement wrong just as I can not prove yours wrong since noone really knows. So you are making and an assumption as well. And he was arrested on drug charges twice, so in my opinion that makes him a drug addict. It is bad that he died, but untill the cause is realesed all you are going to get is assumptions. Maybe she should put real shoes on when walking around dirt and rocks and not have sandals on. How does God save you? I would love to hear that explanation, I hate it when people say God saved them. She just got lucky she didn't crack her head on a rock and that the ledge was there. And did God save her husband too because he jumped off the cliff aswell. All in all I'm glad she is ok and alive. I don't need to show compassion for an idiot who couldn't drive, if he would have just slowed down and drove like a normal person guess what he would still be alive. But nope instead he drove like an idiot and got what he deserved, I'm sorry I have no compassion for ignorance.
