You have no idea who I vote for...I'm not a republican. But I'm not a Democrat either - especially what Democrats have become over the past several years. I believe myself now to politically be a Conservative, or a Constitutionalist. I certainly didn't vote for your messiah of hope and change. US economy, Obama's inauguration chosen 2009's top news stories...

Seems to me Michael Jackson's death got more hours of press coverage than any of the top 10. I could be wrong, but it sure seemed like it, maybe because the other subjects were over a longer period of time. Yep, you're right. The man lied about some twit who chased him long enough to get in his pants. I normally believe in being truthful, but this was a private matter, not a national security issue, and not a crime. I seriously think OUR MONEY, over $40 million, could have been more wisely spent. Ken Starr was obsessed with Clinton's sex life, as were many others in the House and Senate, while some of them were doing the same or worse. He was impeached by the House and acquitted by the Senate. Isn't impeachment enough? Do all these books need to be written? Nope...I've lived in the Orlando area and west of Orlando for over 30 years. It's going to get expensive everywhere in the US and I thankfully have a home that's almost paid for and good health insurance benefits. I realize that the media doesn't give Sec. Clinton a lot of air time since Mr. Obama is always giving more speeches. But it's a good thing we have Ms. Clinton as Sec of State as she's more competent than so many of those appointees by Mr. Obama, even the President and VP. You know, I'm not a democrat, and this denigrating of anyone just because they are a democrat, is what makes republicans look like partisan brats.
