Brooklyn Teachers Caught Naked in Empty Classroom

I'm looking at their photos and I'm still trying to figure out how this is wrong.  (4 hrs ago | post #73)

White House still lacks solid intel on bin Laden

No. In fact, he's been staying at the Bush Compound down in Texas. Enjoying the sunshine and sitting with his family and the Bushes reminiscing about 9/11 and what a close call it was that W. got his family out the next day... Good times being had by all down in the Lone Star State! W. sends off thousands of 19 year olds to get shot in the desert while him and Bin Laden video-conference and chuckle about it...  (Monday Dec 7 | post #21)

Yeah, sure. I'd like to see any proof of that. Something like that would've been on NPR for sure. That's the dumbest thing I've read in a whileUhhhhhh - Yeah, sure. He wants to end the war and pull out, which makes him a non-jingoistic American conqueror and coward. He wants to keep attacking and chase them down, he's a terrorizing tyrant. Which one is it? Fuckin' morons...  (Monday Dec 7 | post #20)

Palin popular among Limbaugh, Beck followers

Yeah, there's a difference. One event killed 3,000 people, the other killed 13. The former was committed by those who despised this country and her people due to radical teachings and the latter was a victim of his own psyche. And don't even attempt to blame Obama and his administration for that horrifying act, either. I can't believe I even have to mention that. The fact that she was comparing these on the 'what-was-worse' list is utterly ridiculous.  (Saturday Dec 5 | post #140)

True. Most of the copies that were sold were to Right-Wing websites that then gave them out for free with subscriptions to said sites. Those sales were all a farce. They also went on sale for $29.99. No problem, right? Except two days later Walmart knocked 'em down to $8.99 a copy. $8.99! LOL! I guess when they figured out she threw her own GOP campaign folks under the bus, they may have thought that was a bad idea. You people that think she's an 'everyday' American have been had. She's about as ordinary as standing in front of a head-grinding machine whilst conducting an interview. Phenomenal! The best part was; they asked her if she wanted to re-position herself - and she said NO! LOL!  (Friday Dec 4 | post #97)

That blonde numbskull is the Queen of history revision. "Under President Bush, America was never attacked like the killings at Ft. Hood..." Oh yeah - I guess 9/11 was a bad dream, eh? What an idiot. People fall for this shit...  (Friday Dec 4 | post #96)

LMAO! She has it all! LOL! Beauty: I'll admit she IS attractive. Brains: Uhhhhhhhhhhhh... Children: I'm liberal and I have two happy, healthy children. High-Status: If getting grilled for quitting as Gov., quitting the 5K Turkey day race; leaving book-signings early, etc., is a high-status job, what's a low status job feel like? Liberal values and this dimwitted Alaskan are different - you're right on that one - I'm just glad I take the former over the latter.  (Friday Dec 4 | post #95)

Huckabee leaning against another presidential run

Must be a trend in AK: On Monday, Huckabee said he takes responsibility for making Clemmons eligible for parole in 2000, and called the case a failure of the justice systems in Arkansas and Washington. Clemmons was among 1,033 people who were pardoned or had their sentences reduced during Huckabee's 10 1/2 years as governor. Bill Clinton, Frank White and Jim Guy Tucker granted 507 clemencies in the 17 1/2 years they served. Beebe, Huckabee's Democratic successor, has issued 273 commutations and pardons since taking office in January 2007 — all but one of them were pardons after the completion of the inmates' prison terms. Huckabee's role in gaining the release of a convicted rapist, Wayne DuMond, was the subject of an attack ad during his presidential run. While Huckabee's predecessor, Tucker, reduced DuMond's sentence making him eligible for parole, Huckabee took steps almost immediately after taking office to win DuMond's release. *Snifffffffff* I love the smell of GOP shit-slinging in the morning...  (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #104)

Doesn't matter, Polls. Just like when Dukakis got blamed for the furlough program that was signed in by a GOP Governor. The GOP was able to smear enough shit to ruin him. Now, Mike can smell the GOP shit they sling: http://www.msnbc.m sn.com/id/34216779 /ns/us_news-crime_ and_courts/ Mike, meet Willie. Willie, this is Mike.  (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #103)

Life

Why Not A Black Santa?

He can be whatever you want him to be, but the origins of Santa from my friend the interwebs says: Saint Nicholas of Myra is the primary inspiration for the Christian figure of Santa Claus. He was a 4th-century Greek Christian bishop of Myra (now Demre) in Lycia, a province of the Byzantine Anatolia, now in Turkey. Nicholas was famous for his generous gifts to the poor, in particular presenting the three impoverished daughters of a pious Christian with dowries so that they would not have to become prostitutes. He was very religious from an early age and devoted his life entirely to Christianity. In Europe (more precisely the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Germany) he is still portrayed as a bearded bishop in canonical robes. It's like when you see Jesus with blonde hair and blue eyes. Yeah, sure, a Jewish guy in the middle of the desert would look real Nordic, right?  (Monday Nov 30 | post #225)

However your relatives in the Army respect him and his orders as the Commander-In-Chief . Doesn't matter what you think, man. Why do people think that the job markets going to open up like flood gates withing 1 YEAR of the man' term. That's utterly ridiculous. As the economy get better, businesses start hiring again due to confidence of a better economy, so there's usually an employment 'lag effect'. It happens every recession. The fact that there are people on here blowing steam out of their ears because of this is blowing my mind. If he would've walked up to him and gave him a pound or shook hands whilst double-fist tapping his back he would've been showing the ultimate in disrespect to a foreign leader. *Rolls eyes*  (Saturday Nov 21 | post #1293)

Fair enough Wondering. Sorry for taking you as a GOPophile. No worries, eh? I'm not a Red or Blue FanBoy either, but the question is, how do you get those low income folks out of that bracket? How do you go about weaning people off of welfare and out working? We're the enablers until those questions are asked. And the GOPs answer of cutting-them-off and putting them on the street is unacceptable.  (Friday Nov 20 | post #1181)

And thanks for adding my avatar tag in there, too. It's like playing AdLibs! But, you know, written by a paranoid Neo-Con. You sound a lot like Milton William Cooper. Ever read Behold a Pale Horse? You should check it out... *Twilight Zone music* doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo...  (Friday Nov 20 | post #1173)
