Cedar Funding trustee seeks easier access for files

July 25, 2008 Cedar Investors: Please do not lose focus on getting your money back. Lawyers tell me the sequence of events of investors is to focus on putting David Nilsen in jail instead of maintaining focus on getting the money back. Sure, cooperate with the DA and anyone who needs to know about illegal things David Nilsen has done but do that AFTER you focus on getting your money back. Judge to consider trustee for Cedar

I have a solution! I do not want a trustee. All they will do is sell off the assets in this down market and give me 30 to 40 cents on the dollar after 4 years. Do you know of anyone who EVER won in a bankruptcy? OK.. the lawyers win, sorry. I want a turnaround Manager! I have the 215 page Bankruptcy filing with the names listed. Anyone who needs to know if they are listed in the creditors, in the 215 page Bankruptcy filing, can send me an e-mail and I will let you know.
