No one named in my comments has ever attempted restraining orders or threatened lawsuit because no authority wants my information in front of a jury. What are the odds that a building on Regents Blvd. in need of repairs would be trashed by a runaway car? 1969__City of Fircrest refused to renew Viafore's deli license because the building did not meet code. _ [Bingo! Runaway car!]. Viafore has always used his position as "figure-head " mayor of Fircrest to obtain special favors from the media, practice censorship, control bids for city contracts, obtain kick-backs, use city funds for projects personally profitable to him, inserted himself into position to have control of the police department, covered-up dozens of crimes in Fircrest.
