You would think that a company that provides busing services for students would know that the first day of school is coming up and would plan accordingly. Like you, I work for the city....but working a 24 hour shift we are unable to go out for lunch. $10 a day gets us lunch and dinner which we go to the grocery store everyday and pick out 2 meals...that also buys coffee, spices, sugar, pantry items and things like that. Money grab is coming to I-80 in Pa.
The city of Akron doesnt use "light blocks" anymore. About the only thing we can do is turn the traffic light green in our direction of travel and there arent very many intersections that use them yet. They are the blue lights that you see on top of some of the light posts. If you are approaching and change the cadence of the siren from "wail" to "yelp" within a hundred feet it will change the light to green. (Aug 23, 2008 | post #17)
