A judge is not supposed to sentence based off of his own emotion. He is supposed to go off facts and evidence. If he were to give sentences based off his life experiences then he would not be an unbiased judge. He was right by going off what he knew and saw instead of being pressured by the public. Arkansas Bridge Work Slows Traffic On I-44 Wednesday

What other route would you like people to take? 244 west is closed going onto 412 and 244 is closed heading toward West Tulsa. I-44 has construction. Peoria is completely closed so you can't exit there before you get to the Arkansas bridge. Just wondering what other way they would like people to go.
