I heard a remark Obama made that disturbs me greatly. He is claiming if he is elected the war will end in 2009. How can he make such a claim? It shows me he is just speaking off the top of his head with no research about what is best. Let me get this straight... the very place that is NOT good enough for the housing of mentally ill patients is now good enough to move college students into. This logic is unreal!!! If they have 68 acres, why not just rebuild right where they are and tear down the antiquated buildings. U.K. will do anything to distance itself from BCTC. It has already messed with VA hospital on Cooper and reduced the number of patient beds!!! Why not move UK to the Eastern State Hospital Properties... bet it wouldn't be good enough for them!!! I gave up on him and his movies when I sat on my sofa and heard him clear as day blame the busy movie careers of him and Nicole as the reason for their marriage falling apart. That told me he was blaming the people who watch their movies, rather than taking responsibility for his personal problems. Nicole has never made any statements about the marriage failure, so I don't hold her to the same standard, I'll watch her movies. Wonder if scientology was behind their split? seriously doubt this is a suicide!!! There used to be a group that went by the name Cult Awareness Network; Scientology sued them and bankrupted them and then took their name! So now when you try to get info for a loved one who is involved in a cult and you check into CAN the acronym for Cult Awareness Network, you actually end up communicating with a member from the Scientology Cult!!! 1. The term red neck originated from the red scarf the boy scouts wore, it was not originally a derogatory term. 2. I live out of state but I grew up in York and it is sad there are many people who still have a warped way of thinking, however, at the same time it is great to see there are some intelligent people. The situation with the gun didn't even get to the school, thanks to the child's mom being involved. 3. Success lies beyond sports, sad to say it seems like that is what our schools in the US are for these days. It can be a good thing, but should not be the only think pointed to regarding success. It is not just York, I live in the south, so the kids that have difficulty with sports are usually considered a lesser light, although they are also talented in their own ways. 4. There will always be people on these forums that use them as outlet to let out their stupidity and predjudice, after all, they know they can't do it openly, so they come here and hide behind anonymous screen names. Best to blow them off and not respond or try to reason with them. They love the attention they get, that is the only reason they post on these forums, normally they sit at home alone with no one to talk to because no else wants to hear their sh!+ either.
