this woman has no place as a judge. there is a reason lady justice is wearing a blind fold. its the absolute basic principle of a judge; to make a ruling that applies only to the law, even if it goes against what you think is right. she has NEVER demonstrated the ability to do this. She had demonstrated the opposite over and over and over. This is a no brainier, it wouldn’t matter what race she is, anyone with that track record should not be a judge, period. What is even more shocking is how many people are raciest against white people! i have experienced far more racism towards me, a white guy, than I have ever seen the other way around. for a people who have in the past been victimized in the past by ugly and open racism; to then turn around and repeat the same kind of stuff, knowing how it feels, is worse than the original racism. you love america? what kind of love is that? i never hear people like you praise America or stick up for her. every chance you get you all throw her under the bus. when asked what has made America great you choose to bring up slavery and native Americans. how messed up is that. you say you want your point to be taken as lessons for future generations, fine, then why spin it to make us look bad? it can be stated like i have done. yes we did these things, as did the whole world, in every country in history for thousands of years. there were grumblings about slavery at the very start of our nation, many people were against it. even those in the south! for them though there was no answer to the labor problem, so they held on to it. with in less than 100 years, America had outlawed slavery something that had not been done, ever! as a side note, i think the Dutch did this as well around the same time. lets not forget, the slaves were first caught by mostly black Africans, sold to black slave traders in Africa, and sold to people in every corner of the glob, not just America. i object to the notion that America invented slavery, and was the only one doing in that time. we should be praised for being among the first to out law it! instead we are held with scorn, by people who "love" America. Same thing goes for the native Americans. First, I object to the notion that many people have, that before we got here the Indians were living in harmony, no war, everyone knew their boundary and they were all in harmony with nature. Hog wash! They were slaughtering each other for thousands of years. Constantly taking each other over, new tribes coming, old being wiped out. They had treaties between tribes, many if not all were broken. Death, lying ,slaughter, were the NORM! Does this excuse America from the crappie things we did? No. there were some evil things done, by politicians mostly, not the average American at the time. According to people like you, who love this country, we as a nation, plotted and schemed, then lied, robbed then massacred the Indians, laughing the whole while. Isn’t that the picture you have in your head? Sure what it sounds like. For people who love America to have these views is disgusting to me. Perhaps its your way of thinking? you folk act like the usa invented slavery, and taking over territories and kicking out the people who were there. you need to look at history a bit better. this is how the world had been for THOUSANDS of year. until a we, the usa, in less that 100 outlawed slavery, and soon there after hasn’t taken an inch of ground from anyone. even those we conquer. where in history have you ever seen that? i am a Japanese Public Relations Troll? nope, don’t think so. i really don’t care where my Toyota comes from. if they were made in Germany, Canada, Mexico or even the usa, i would love and buy the car. i don’t care where ANY of my products come from. i buy based on price and quality, period. that said i do wish the usa would produce and manufacture more things, here, in the usa. however i completely understand why many business dont. would you? i wouldn’t, not in this atmosphere. the business owners and wealth are under attack. the left wingers are on full offensive, using the same old communist emotional bullcrap.. greed! and class warfare. if you would like to talk more about this, we can start another post. now with the government taking over the automotive industry, read that as nationalizing it soon. the banks...on and on. anyone with a brain, and a knowledge of history knows where we are going. socialism, soft tyranny. then to a full blown hard tyranny. take a second and ask yourself to define what American means to you. what has made us great, what is it that has made us different that anyone in the history of man. what are the core principles? spend to time, look into it. then look what is going on around you, not just what you are told is going on...look yourself. Who in the hell said I liked all those things? You just read that im a conservative capitalist and then amused Im a republican? They haven’t been acting like a republican in decades, they have acted more like you liberal, socialist. So do you want to start a debate on capitalism and socialism? Im all for that. But if this is just more you hate bush bullcrap, save it. Besides for each charge you have written, I can come up with three just as bad, committed by your side. Politicians’ are corrupt, ALL of them. I am always amazed by the instant explosion of hate from you people when you see someone who doesn’t believe the way you do. First off, let get this out of the way, you’re a moron. Secondly you need to read some economics books. Isolationism is one of the things that kept us in the great depression. Its once of those things that may sound good, but always end badly. You seam to believe that importing goods is bad for our economy. It shouldn’t talk you long when you actually pick up a book and read it, how this is a bunch of crap. How about starting with sowells book a citizen’s guide to the economy. Lastly, I am a capitalist; I buy the best product at the best price using my own judgment. There is nothing more American than that. It has been my experience that Toyota and Honda consistently have made a far superior vehicle. The last good thing to come out of American manufactures was a 1972 chevy ¾ ton. After that, pretty much crap. I don’t care what consumer reports says. Before you start bellowing that I have been brain washed by some media conspiracy to buy Japanese I have worked on cars for decades, im a gear head, I love cars and motorcycle (ya, I ride a Harley, a bike that has tons of Japanese parts on it) what I buy, is based on MY life and experience. I don’t give a rats ass what the tv says If American car companies want to do well, they need to get rid of the socialist ideas in our government, completely change their business model, and start acting like a capitalist. We are beating ourselves, no from importing, but from regulations, unions, environmentalists, and loads of other bullshit.
