Still spewing your hate for Wease I see... Cabbage Patch ? Are you ever going to recuperate from that day ? The same one that you repetitively talk about, and can't seem to get past. So, he didn't get on the air and slam his new owner, and defend his co worker(s)..... If it were you, would you have risked the possibility of losing your job, when you have a household to support ? I can tell you truthfully from my perspective, he did exactly what he should have done. And what I would have done, if I was in that situation. It is so easy to pass judgment when your a bystander. And even more so, when you have a gripe with the person. One such as you do, with Wease ! Everything he said , more than likely was recorded and played back to the new owners. For him to desecrate them on the air, would have been both unprofessional and unwise. He made the right choice, in my opinion ! It is futile, to keep reiterating the same thing to you over and over again ! You obviously have bad blood for Wease. You are continually grasping at straws to discredit him, by dragging that same scenario out into play, over and over again. Well Clavin42, that race is over. Maybe, when he gets back on the air, with his new show, it will be more to your liking ? You know Clavin42, you obviously were not a regular listener to his show. Because if you were, you would know, there was only a very small percentage of politics discussed. Opposed to all the other many issues and topics, he discussed and addressed on a daily basis. Why would he need a political science degree ? If he did, then I assure you his radio show would have an entire different agenda, and forum. Try to grasp the concept of his show. He covers all topics, all inclusive, all encompassing, and yes politics are in the mix. I can't understand why you would emphasize and hone in on, and hear just his politics. Opposed to all the other content he discusses on a daily basis. That either shows your inability to comprehend his show, or that you tuned in occasionally caught some politics and misconstrued the show style. (Jun 6, 2008 | post #901)

Actually, his voice has real character...I think he sounds great ! And the liberal rant you speak of..... who says that's a bad thing ? I for one think it's a good thing. It may open those peoples minds, who otherwise may not be so receptive to change or adversity ! Sometimes, they just need to be shown the way. I think your right, now that I look at it again. I just presumed it was Cooter, because the ISP was missing. I will be so glad when Wease is back, and everything is at peace again. That way, I don't have to deal with these people anymore. I am here doing this for Wease, because I truly care about and believe in him ! And for all you individuals, who stab him in the back..... Cooter...why don't you just go away ? All your negativity, hovers over here like a black cloud ! On a much brighter note...the above post about Wease's imminent return is fantastic news ! It will be a great day, when he finally does get back on the air. And, I totally agree with Tom Proietti, I too believe it is going to be a huge media event ! Good for you Truth 2 power, I'm glad you are happy and content with the Break Room ! But, you are being unreasonable, about your take on his silence in my opinion. If it were you, would you personally, have bashed your new employer over the airwaves, in defense of a co worker ? And last I knew there were other personalities in the room with microphones too, what about them ? Did they let you down too ? What kind of liberal am I? Well let me tell you, one who can keep an open mind and see things from a logical, and 360 degree perspective. I evaluate all sides of the situation & every angle, before I make a hypothesis ! You say "we the middle class need all the help we can get " Here's a concept- take the matters in your own hands, and stop relying on others to do the job for you ! Did you call Entercom and state your dissatisfaction in the situation ? Or do you rely on others to pave the way ? Stop passing blame onto others, we all have a voice, we all have opinions. And what was he suppose to do, get on the air and slam his new boss and owner ? He did exactly what any sane media professional should have done, he said nothing defamatory. But that does not mean who wasn't as shocked by Kano's being let go as the listeners were. Was he suppose to do rally an on air protest ? Get real, this is the mans livelihood at stake! Do you feel the same about Tony ? When Dee was dismissed, he didn't go on a tirade defending Dee. Instead he handled it like a professional. Both he and Wease, kept their composure, acted professionally and gave a statement to the news outlets. And yet, somehow you still think Wease was wrong ? Don't you think you people are being a little hard on him ? Would you slam your boss and new owner, over the airwaves? I honestly don't think anybody in their right state of mind, would risk their job in doing so ? Especially with a new owner, who just let some longtime on-air veteran's go. I assure you, he didn't know the owners demeanor or intent. But what he did know was... they meant business ! That being said, when are you going to get over the whole thing ? Kano got promoted, Dee got rehired back at Entercom, and yet you still manage to hold on to the hate for Wease ! Why can't everyone just stop all this hate, and just leave the man at peace ? Funny Cooter, when I went back to your (Dixie Cup) post on page 40, your profile says your from Penn Yan ! I think you truly are from there. But, it does makes perfect sense, about the wireless connection like Wease Cares said. However, I think your not moving around. Especially with these fuel prices ! Even as trucker, courier or taxi driver that would interrupt your work schedule. And yet you claim you work all day, but I noticed many of your posts happen all times of day and night. I think you truly are at work ! As one of this forums moderators ! That is how you can easily manipulate the ISP. And how your posts are flooded all over the place. In a previous post, you said you "wanted to stir things up" what is your motive ? Job security perhaps ? I am going to try and locate where this forum is based from.
