If the police thought there was a killer on the loose, don't you think they would have been going door to door? They didn't do that. Wrong! The Judge said since this was a case where the process went bad and not a DNA case or a case where witnesses recanted their stories....he could not rule on Mark innocence, but he said he was clearly convinced that if he had a fair trial, Mark would have been found innocent. The Special Master reason for not declaring Mark innocent had nothing to do with any supposed evidence against Mark. Since this wasn't a DNA case and since Mark was asleep in bed at midnight on a school night.... he had no alibi, therefore, he couldn't be declared innocent. Now if his mom would have lied (like Brandon's mom did), he would of had an alibi and maybe the Special Master would have declared Mark innocent. Heck...I know i'm innocent and there's no evidence against me..... but the judge couldn't of declared me innocent either....since I was asleep in bed and had no alibi. (Feb 24, 2013 | post #213)

I heard there wasn't a picture of the shell boxes on the workbench. I also heard when they took pictures and video of the crime scene, there was no box of bullets on the workbench. I also heard the police report makes no mention of a box of bullets on the workbench. It's my understanding that the 1st time the box of bullets came into. the picture was 2 years later, when Deister enters the picture......but you say Lyndell was show a picture of the box of bullets on the workbench. The Supreme Court assigned Plattsburg, Mo (Clinton County) as the location for Mark's Trial. Hopefully....Mark will finally receive a fair trial that he has been wrongly denied all of these years. Alot of stuff has been exposed since Mark's 1st trial. Hopefully, this jury will get to hear all of the evidence. (Feb 2, 2013 | post #3449)

Lol. Now since Mark's conviction has been vacated.....I know the Robertson's fought like hell to keep Mark in prison....but I'm wondering if they will change. Fighting to keep Mark in prison now means they would have to testify in a trial.....I bet they won't want to do that now! How would they keep their lies straight? It's going to be interesting.
