Well, I believe the idea of dressing casual and every day like, is so the clients will not feel like mental patients with their 'workers', when they are out and about. The workers go places with the clients, such as to the movies, shopping, the park, etc. They appear to be more of friends or family members on an outing, rather than patients with their babysitters.
