Ok My property is under restrictions but in my case the County PAID for a property easement. Unless the township PAYS the designated land owners for an easement they MUST aply the restrictions to ALL property owners in teh township. But you are confusing 'common sense' with religious duties. The Bishop did what his FAITH required. You and Mr. Kennedy seem to be making a political issue out of it. Kennedy was in violation of the beliefs of the church so NO he does not 'deserve' communion in that church by the rules of that church. Other churches have other rules. He is free to go to one of the many other churches in this country. It seems what HE is trying to do is use public opinion to FORCE the church to change to his political beliefs. And you would know it would have the opposite effect HOW??? Sorry but the Bishop was with in his powers to impose such a mild punishment for going against the teachings of the church. Kennedy is obviously trying to impose politics into what is a religious matter. His personal actions seemed to be contrary to the bishop's understanding of church teachings. The bishop imposed the mildest punishment allowed by the church. It is rare for the Pope to get involved in personal matters of this type. (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #42)

Sadly too many modern scientist do NOT come to conclusions based on observations. They start with a theory then find ways to prove their pet theories.
