Eric Holder talked about his 'protocol' for trying the cases. I'm no L. Graham fan, trust me, but during their exchange this 'protocol' was put forth. part of the criteria being, who was attacked - civilian or military targets. the premise being, if it was civilian, then they would face trial in federal courts. oh, he's directed some detainees to military tribunals. but not KSM. the protocol must be followed lol. [honestly, i don't buy it as an actual guide that Holder would follow. i think these guys just want to put on a show.. maybe expose to the world how evil we truly are so they can apologize again. of course, all at the expense of the US tax payer and NYC] but anyhow.. if that's the criteria, what targets would you select if you were a jihadist? military or civilian? regarding their rights... they had some fine attorneys. many represented by Eric Holders firm. odd coincidence, don't you think? pro bono no doubt. Holder's got this covered on both sides. and btw, after testifying before congress, Holder jetted out to Detroit to console Arab Americans. he's a busy guy huh? when he gets caught up, i suppose he'll jet down to Ft.
