Public National Service Bill

National service is a controversial subject to say the least, many question its initial motives, may question its viability in outcome for purpose designed. To you the Australian people a promise was made in statement by predated politicians in government, that service of mandatory kind will never be a policy reinstated for purpose of sending civilians farcify to war. This and many other promises given by party leaders now superseded over time by your vote, by your rights in liberty of freedom to choose whom not only represents you in government but also that of what policies are logically idea for futures to come. Today in time these promises serve no purpose in hand to what is a required need, not for war, never for war, but for that of our young adults and national future, for generations to come. Currently there are more than 25 nations of the world, proactively participating in national service in one form or another. These designs in active policy I do not agree with, in the actions of process to achieve any Nation’s outright goals in modern times. No one man or women operating in such designs should be actively on duty and or even approached to serve as defence under any mandatory service, thus when ones freedoms of liberty are not given by choice for a career of kind, but taken to farcify service. In trial and error many nations fail the effort of purpose overall being delivered to it residents and citizens alike. Even today our own Australian government has in recent years opted to participate in educational programming of mandatory service kind, thus through educational institutions at schooling age. This program not that of the POC’s has been allocated to teachers rather than leaders, to serve as instructors in initiating and operating this design in process, for hope of achievement, equal in outcome. Introduction: The Public National Service Bill – I aim to introduce this in prospectus for implementation at the start of the new-year, thus between Secondary / High School and Tertiary education, in accordance to scientific mental development structural reasoning. The Bill in process will require and be allocated to citizens for vote via ‘Public Referendum’ to Bill. This legislative approach opted, will give the public a fair-go in guaranteed support for or against, through the process of compulsory vote, rather than via preference of vote given by representative of in-house government. The purpose of the Bill is to cater in fulfilling a void given to young adult generations of today and tomorrow, via this ‘Entry to Adulthood’ program in name.
