The critique of European imperialism has been carried out by many people sire. If they do not come to the conclusion of your liking then they are not progressive??? I don't think so. The fact is that superior peoples are able to overcome whatever adversities they may face. That is why Hong Kong is fabulously wealthy. Macao is doing great too. Vietnam was brutalized far worse than anywhere in Africa with the exception of the Belgian Congo. They are doing much better than the vast majority of Sub-Saharan Africa. They are communist too. Sub-Saharan Africa is not saddled with that impediment to progress, but they still cannot compete. Even North Korea puts Sub-Saharan Africa to shame. I get asked this question all the time sire. The answer lies in the genetics of the Negro. The Negro evolved in a warm climate. The Negro man could wander off, and be relatively certain that his progeny would survive in a warm climate. This gave him an opportunity to mount a dizzying array of Negresses. The Caucasian and Asian man had no such luxury. If he wandered off into another womans lair then he ran a huge risk of having his progeny die. Over time this sort of behavior becomes instinctual.
