CCM I would have to agree with you forget author the DDN would have required 3 resources - slander suit would be pretty messy As for the 3 W's with Ms. Diane I have to say she would not give it up. She has been under Dr B lessons too long to not keep her cards close to her vest. I would say everyone involved would have to watch themselves since the $*$*$ has hit the fan. An example would be Dr. B's handling of Columbus TRIP for him and his group. No explaination is a valid explaination  (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #9490)

CCM I agree with your final assessment - this business should be circling the sepitic tank reason 1) would be wife or husband should be around kids (the wife had to have known b4 even moving here. Much like the past BOE actions NO BLOOD no problem.reason 2) They were trying to back stroke to cover tracks the papers of incorporation show the real story and you are correct the wife is party to the coverup she knew the past. if she is this dishonest why would she be good enough to handle business. the business should die soon  (Monday Nov 23 | post #9485)

actually we "know" very little We know a BOE member worked there (vol/paid??) we "know" Mr. Budd lacks a great deal as a journalist from his prior acts and this article. I disgree that a "worker" would have to know about the past of the owner. the Serial killer in Kansas was a church deacon for 11 years. As a PA sex offense - does he have to register with OHIO/warren county - historically I would say no If he did his act recently I doubt they can track across states. I doubt that he placed a sign out stating he is a PA sex offenor This is just like teachers coming into or going out of SD have there been Due Diligence in history checking  (Monday Nov 23 | post #9483)

Yes Bernie there is no Santa Claus in Springboro With economic situation - they are lucky that vendors wanted to try to get a buck or two (looked at the prices of food) NP groups are having problems just getting members one NP I belonged to had problem getting people to be candidates for group president. As we stated in our secret meeting (we talked about OSU football for the record) No one wants to lead the BOE unless its for their own good - Hey IRA hows the cost of Health care doing (No pre-existing conditions especially) The times in the future does look good even the Media (CNN) is suggesting u move to the jobs and not wait for the communities to do right thing. Complain about what - BOE that throw request for levies like candy from a New Orleans float. 6 million dollars in excess without any explaination. Making parents drive kids to school while pickups on bennies are still done. increase the super's pay and then ask for more $$ without any meetings. Community homes for sale is rising while available jobs are lowering (10.6 % unemployment). People are losing their homes and banks do not want them. There is nothing to complain about.Everything is right with the world as Rev LeRoy Jenkins stated -Life is good and pass the offering plate  (Friday Nov 20 | post #9478)

I would think that Now is the time to opine. brainstorm solutions - Waynesville is going under LittleM is circling the septic tank Dayton is in trouble - its not a local problem - Now is the time to get solutions on the board. Even the newest BOE members should be looking at the problem NOW - wait until they get on board and its too late. I would think the Xmas event would show the downturn that everthing else in the area has - enjoying the Free stuff like your daughter will be fun but vendors won't do very well. Very interesting the troll find open direct communication between the elected officials and the voters as clueless?? Maybe the trolls find the action "school bus" comment as clueless - and indirectly I do the same as the BOE has historically used this action as a whipping boy against the voters/parents to get what and when they want.
